As the owner of Lash Out, a successful business operating for 13 years, Mo is committed to continuous growth and excellence within the industry. Her extensive experience has inspired her latest endeavor, LashBash—a movement designed to unite local lash artists and foster a culture of community over competition.

When Mo entered the lash industry, the concept of community was virtually nonexistent. There were no peers to troubleshoot with, seek advice from, or share experiences with—only a competitive landscape. Fast forward to today, while lash artists are connecting globally through virtual platforms, the desire for genuine in-person connections with like-minded individuals remains strong. Recognizing the rapid growth of this evolving industry, LashBash aims to bridge that gap, creating a vibrant support system and community where lash artists can connect, collaborate, and enjoy the journey together.
